What is the story with amphibians? Are they declining?


Our first pond in the local weatlands



Our second pound in the middle of fields - the place were frogs breed.





During the trip we observed lots of dead frogs and toads, 

because of the cars.

Trip to the nature with parents.  The aim of the activity was to learn together - parents and students - in the local environment. The families explore the nature, know the butterflies species and their local distribution, conditions in which butterflies are active and which species are common and which are rare.  Then students come to school and pin the labels of butterflies on the big map. Then the school coomunity share with their individual findings and learn about the nature from each other. Thank to that all participats also know where are the places/habitats rich in general biological diversity, because the butterflies are perfect bioindicators.
